Olivia advises clients on a wide range of commercial matters including commercial contracts, IT, data protection and franchising.
Olivia joined Stevens & Bolton in 2025, having trained and qualified in 2023 at a leading UK firm.
Olivia’s experience extends to advising on supply of goods and services agreements, B2B and B2C terms and conditions, international data protection and regulatory advice, particularly within the technology and hospitality and leisure sectors. She also provides commercial support for due diligence exercises in respect of corporate acquisitions.
Olivia works with a wide range of commercial clients from small start-ups to well-established international businesses, and has most recently been advising household brands on both domestic franchising matters and further afield with international expansion.
She is a member of the firm’s fashion and luxury sector group.
