Advising on the acquisition of R&G Fluid Power Group for Diploma PLC

Stevens & Bolton has advised Diploma plc on its acquisition of R&G Fluid Power Group for ca. £100m. Diploma is a distributor of products in the controls, seals and life sciences sectors and this deal adds a high quality aftermarket distribution business to its seals sector in the UK.

This is Stevens & Bolton’s second acquisition for Diploma plc which is listed on the main market of the LSE and is a constituent of the FTSE 250.
