About

Andrew is a very experienced real estate lawyer, specialising in leasing, asset management, development, investment and funding transactions.

His practice spans the healthcare, retail, hospitality and leisure and logistics sectors. He has worked for large international law firms and qualified in Scotland, England and Wales and New South Wales, Australia.

Since joining Stevens & Bolton in 2004, Andrew has advised multiple clients with large real estate portfolios to get deals done – helping clients problem-solve and navigate legal and commercial complexity. He led the real estate team from 2016 to 2025 and has successfully built a great team.

He is a member of Corenet and the Primary Care Premises Forum.

    • Supporting a developer on the site set up and pre-sales and lettings of industrial buildings on a heavily contaminated 20 acre site in Kent which was extensively remediated.
    • Advising Biggin Hill airport on leasing and development of their airport buildings including a new hotel.
    • Acting for Asahi on their UK head office move to new premises in Woking.
