Ian is an experienced and user-friendly property lawyer. Clients value Ian’s calm, pragmatic and commercial approach to getting deals done.

Ian focuses on investment transactions, particularly involving Central London office buildings and industrial and logistics properties. Since joining Stevens & Bolton in 2017, Ian’s practice has involved advising a major investment fund, international investors and major corporates.

Ian has a wide network of domestic and international clients and intermediaries and is good at putting people together to make deals happen.
