About

Ben has over two decades of experience in non-contentious construction law, joining Stevens & Bolton in 2018 and becoming a partner in 2020.

He advises clients on procurement, drafting and negotiating building contracts, consultant appointments, bonds, guarantees, partnering agreements, framework agreements, and the construction aspects of funding agreements, joint ventures, development agreements, and leases. Ben’s clients include investors, developers, contractors, occupiers, universities, local authorities, banks and consultants across a wide range of sectors including infrastructure, industrial and logistics, retail and offices, finance, education, and manufacturing. He is known for his pragmatic approach, commercial thinking, and problem-solving skills.
