David advises on a range of general corporate transactional and advisory matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity transactions and investments, and corporate reorganisations, both domestically and internationally.

David joined the corporate team at Stevens & Bolton in 2021 after training and qualifying at a national firm in Bristol. He has represented clients across a broad range of sectors including technology, entertainment, insurance, and financial services.

David is also an active member of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Forum, an area he is particularly passionate about.

  • Providing UK counsel to US private equity firm Guidepost Growth Equity on an investment in Kaizen Regtech Group Limited and its subsidiaries with an enterprise value of £120M.
  • Advising on multiple growth fundraising rounds for a UK based deep tech healthcare company.
  • Providing UK counsel to a US venture capitalist on an investment in a UK music festival.
  • Acting for FTSE 100 international distribution and outsourcing group Bunzl plc on several UK acquisitions.
  • Acting on the sale of insurance and risk settlement specialist company K3 Advisory Limited to Isio Group Limited.
  • Acting on acquisitions of numerous day care nurseries for repeat acquirer Bright Stars Nurseries.
  • Assisting Rotterdam-based law firm 9Corporate with the UK aspects of the acquisition of an agricultural machinery supplier by their client, JOZ B.V.
  • Advising the founders of Adatis, a leading data analytics consultancy, on the sale of the Adatis Group to technology service provider Incremental Group.
