About

Lucy heads the company secretarial team, which advises a range of clients in relation to their ongoing CoSec and governance requirements.

Lucy trained at a City firm, qualified into the corporate/M&A team, and moved into a non fee-earning role at another City firm whilst raising her family. She joined Stevens & Bolton in the summer of 2021.

As a corporate lawyer, Lucy has a broad overview of her clients’ governance requirements, which range from inbound investors into the UK, to large multinational companies, to entrepreneurial start-ups. Lucy is approachable and agile, and hugely enjoys supporting and understanding the businesses of her clients. She is also passionate about using legal tech to underpin efficiencies within corporate law providing cost-effective and innovative solutions.

Lucy thoroughly enjoys singing as part of the S&B choir, Nota Bene, and champions the well-being associated with music and other creative activities.
