With extensive experience in mid-market M&A, venture and growth funding, and private equity, Oscar advises both national and international clients.

He joined Stevens & Bolton in 2010 from a City law firm and became a partner in 2020. Oscar is known for his pragmatic approach, commercial thinking, and problem-solving skills, particularly in cross-border transactions. His clients include large corporates, private equity funds, listed groups, growing owner-managed businesses, and entrepreneurs.

    • Advising Specialist Risk Group, backed by Warburg Pincus, Temasek and Ecclesia, and one of the fastest-growing groups of insurance intermediaries in the UK, on its buy-and-build strategy including numerous acquisitions of insurance brokers in the last few years.
