About

Rebecca qualified into the Corporate Tax team in 2024 having joined Stevens & Bolton as a trainee solicitor in 2022. Since joining the team, she has gained experience advising on tax matters in relation to mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, employee share schemes and stamp taxes for a diverse range of clients.

She prides herself on providing client-centric advice, assisting clients with weighing up commercial and legal considerations to determine the best approach for their unique situation. Her goal is to ensure that clients receive tailored, practical solutions that align with their business objectives.

Rebecca is also a member of the firms ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) groups. This involvement allows her to contribute to the firm’s sustainability initiatives and community engagement efforts.

  • Advised the shareholders of Cloobees, a specialist Salesforce implementation partner, on its sale to Synechron, Inc., a leading global digital transformation consulting firm.
  • Acted for the shareholder of L’Ecole des Petits Ltd on its sale to the Globeducate Group, one of the world’s leading K-12 education providers with a global network of over 60 schools across 11 countries.
  • Assisted Clínica Baviera S.A. on the acquisition, by its subsidiary Castellana Intermediación Sanitaria, S.L., of Eye Hospitals Group Limited and its subsidiaries, trading as Optimax.
  • Advised on the implementation of an EMI scheme for a contract winemaking business.

Rebecca is a graduate of the University of Bristol and the University of Law.
