Her practice includes Employment Tribunal litigation, whistleblowing and discrimination claims, workplace investigations, restructures, redundancies, senior exits and settlement negotiations. She also advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence and post-completion workforce issues.

Beyond her client work, Alice regularly writes and speaks on developments in employment law, delivering seminars, webinars and legal updates for HR professionals and business leaders.
