Caroline specialises in commercial and residential real estate disputes. Her practice covers a broad range of litigation, arbitration, and mediation, with a particular focus on rights of light claims, landlord and tenant issues and development disputes.

Since joining Stevens & Bolton in 2022, Caroline has worked with a broad range of clients including retailers, developers, property investors, charities and high-net-worth individuals, helping them resolve disputes and minimise risk.

Caroline is valued for her strategic thinking and technical expertise, especially in complex areas of real estate law. She is committed to finding solutions whilst ensuring her clients’ interests are protected.
