Having qualified with Stevens & Bolton in 2021, he advises many individual clients on their options for succession and tax planning, often in conjunction with preparing their wills and lasting powers of attorney. With a particular interest in inheritance tax planning, Adam delivers significant expertise in this field, built through practical experience as well as from completing advanced professional exams set by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Advising executor clients on the probate process is another key strand of Adam’s practice. He deals with both complex and more straightforward estates and provides tailored, pragmatic advice in navigating the process. Adam also has expertise in trust law and administration, and assists many trustee clients achieve their objectives regarding the management, distribution and restructuring of their trusts.
Adam completed the STEP Advanced Certificate in Taxation of Trusts and Estates (England and Wales) course in 2024 with distinction and will be undertaking his final exam in 2025 before applying to become a full member of STEP.
