Rachel joined Stevens & Bolton in 2017 from a City law firm, and advises individuals and families on a wide range of matters including estate planning and wills (both domestic and those with an international element), advance decisions/statements and lasting powers of attorney, tax and trust issues and probate and estate administration.
Rachel has a particular interest in advising clients about preparing for a possible future loss of mental capacity and therefore a loss of the ability to take an active part in planning for their future health and care.
Rachel is kind and patient, yet always prompt and professional and explains often complex legal concepts in an easily digestible manner.
