It was only last month that STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) reported that challenges to Wills are on the increase and so, set against this backdrop, it seems more important than ever to put a robust Will in place. However, it also looks as if there is also an increasing use of online Wills. All too often individuals feel that their affairs are simple and so don't warrant input from an expert but can an online product ever give the same level of comfort? Understanding a client's circumstances, their assets, their objectives and then crafting a Will which addresses all of these things, in my view, is crucial to giving them peace of mind that, as far as possible, their wishes can be implemented.
