About

Alice is a smart and agile lawyer. Since joining Stevens & Bolton in 2016 from another international law firm, she has worked with landlords, investors, developers and corporate occupiers to buy, sell, finance, lease and manage property, either as single assets or larger portfolios.

Alice has a particular interest in assisting investor clients and has cultivated significant expertise over the last few years in managing primary healthcare premises.

A great communicator and relationship-builder, Alice is adept at explaining real estate concepts clearly. She provides strategic advice to companies on their space requirements – helping them balance commercial and legal considerations to create an environment that’s fit for the future.

Alice is a trained Mental Health First Aider and is passionate about wellbeing – spearheading mental health awareness initiatives at Stevens & Bolton.
