Amelia is a thoughtful and capable lawyer.  She advises a wide range of individuals, families, executors and trustees on their UK tax and succession planning, preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, creating trusts and assisting with ongoing trust matters. 

Amelia is also involved in the administration of estates, including working closely with the Private Wealth Disputes team on a number of large complex estates.

Part of Stevens & Bolton since 2019, Amelia enjoys the whole spectrum of private client work and has a broad practice base.
