Amy trained and qualified at a regional firm before joining Stevens & Bolton in March 2025.

Amongst other things, Amy has advised commercial and residential clients in relation to breaches of covenant, rights over land, possession actions, landlord and tenant disputes, dilapidations claims and rent and service charge recovery. She has had experience navigating court and tribunal proceedings.

  • Advising a commercial client situated on an industrial estate in relation to a release of rights and associated rights of way dispute;
  • Advising a landlord on repair and maintenance obligations under various residential leases and the implications of establishing an RTM company;
  • Assisting commercial clients with the recovery of rent and service charge arrears;
  • Advising clients on property-related professional negligence claims;
  • Assisting residential clients with making successful applications for adverse possession of land.
