About

Andrew is a collaborative and decisive lawyer, specialising in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. His practice spans the logistics, technology, insurance and life sciences sectors.

Andrew joined Stevens & Bolton in 2023 and previously worked at two leading international City firms where he was also seconded for six months to an investment bank. He works with large companies and institutions as well as entrepreneurs and management teams to get deals done – helping clients resolve issues commercially in an approachable manner. Andrew has a particular interest in assisting clients with their strategic international goals and is experienced in working and developing relationships with overseas law firms.
