About

Andrew is a capable, agile and pragmatic finance lawyer, specialising in domestic and cross-border finance transactions.

His practice spans real estate, financial services, professional services, leisure, health and well-being and manufacturing sectors.

Since joining Stevens & Bolton in 2015, Andrew has worked with high street and challenger banks, private equity firms, shareholders, investors and management teams, as well as corporate and individual borrowers, to get deals done and to deliver the money – helping clients to problem-solve, anticipate and navigate legal and commercial complexity, and collaborate with their counterparties.
