Ayo is a dedicated and intelligent lawyer who joined Stevens & Bolton in September 2024 from a magic circle firm in the city, where he qualified in 2023.
  • Specializing in Corporate M&A, Ayo has experience assisting clients in both buyside and sell side deals for a variety of clients in industries such as hospitality, tech, manufacturing and financial services to name a few. His approach is centered around teamwork and hard work, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and outcomes.

    Since joining the team in September 2024 Ayo has successfully worked with multiple clients to close a range of transactions ahead of the Labour Government’s highly anticipated October budget which included important announcements in relation to changes to UK tax rules;

    Advised an insurance company on the acquisition of a financial services business for approximately £20 million.

    Ayo has a master’s in business science alongside a qualifying Law Degree from the University of Warwick.
