Chantelle advises on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues.

She has particular experience in handling terminations and negotiating settlement agreements, defending employment tribunal claims, advising on re-organisations and redundancies, drafting contracts and employment policies and advising on the employment aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals.

Chantelle delivers commercially focused solutions and is known for her pragmatic approach, helping clients achieve their goals while minimising risk. She takes on matters with enthusiasm and her focus is on delivering high-quality advice, whether guiding business through workforce changes or supporting executives with difficult disputes.

  • Drafted and implemented new employment policies for a growing freight company;
  • Worked as part of a specialised team advising a nursery group on its acquisition of additional nurseries, totaling in excess of £40m;
  • Advised a leading automotive manufacturer on employment and HR matters, compliance and handling the defence of their employment tribunal claims.

In 2023, Chantelle was appointed to the Junior Committee of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA), which represents the views of employment lawyers across the UK. As part of the committee, Chantelle is involved in organising innovative training sessions, fostering networking opportunities and contributing to ELA’s responses to changes in employment law.
