About

Charlotte is a proactive and approachable lawyer. Since joining Stevens & Bolton in 2022 she has worked with a range of individuals and corporate clients on investments, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings.

Charlotte has a particular interest in working on large scale investments and has gained significant expertise over the last few years in equity and debt finance.

Skilled in project management, Charlotte is experienced at running corporate transactions and advising on day-to-day general corporate governance. She provides strategic advice to clients to help them balance commercial and legal considerations in often complex and time-pressured situations.

Charlotte acts for clients from various sectors including life sciences, technology, hospitality and real estate and is a member of the Stevens & Bolton Fashion and Luxury sector group.
