About

Dan is a pragmatic and approachable solicitor who trained and qualified at Stevens & Bolton after having previous experience as a paralegal at the firm.

Dan’s experience extends across a number of business sectors including: franchise, technology, insurance and consumer matters. He has experience of working on secondment in house with a number of leading clients of the firm allowing him to acquire valuable insight into a client’s business requirements.

Dan provides clear and practical advice, helping clients overcome legal obstacles and achieve their business goals. He builds strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions that drive clients’ progress and success.

In addition to the in house secondments, Dan has:

  • Assisted a large multinational gym operation with its international franchise expansion into Asia and Europe
  • Advised on a healthcare company’s consumer facing subscription terms in light of upcoming changes
  • Advised a global supplier of outside broadcasting services in relation to a worldwide sports tournament

Dan was awarded the Lord Holmes Scholarship to study the Legal Practice Course, achieved First Class Honours in his law degree, and gained a Distinction for his LLM.

It was notable that every one of the tasks was completed with little or no corrective action required. I think that is exceedingly rare when it comes to trainee solicitors and is a by-product of his unusually good communication skills.
