About

Prior to joining Stevens & Bolton in 2024, Daniel was a solicitor in the Corporate Advisory practice at a leading law firm in Auckland, New Zealand.

He qualified as a solicitor and barrister of the High Court of New Zealand in 2021, and became England and Wales qualified in 2026, and has advised on a broad range of corporate transactions, including buy and sell side M&A, corporate re-organisations and general corporate matters.

Daniel provides precise and clear advice on company law concepts and approaches corporate work with a considered and pragmatic mindset – helping clients efficiently navigate and get the best out of transactions.

  • Advised Optio Group on multiple MGA buy and build acquisitions across the UK and Europe.
  • Advised the management team on the sale of Octavius Infrastructure Limited to RSK Group.
