Emily advises individuals, trustees and family offices on personal estate and succession planning, trust structuring and capital taxes. She joined Stevens & Bolton in 2024 from a central London firm.

Emily often works with clients with an international profile and has developed significant expertise in cross-border estate planning for clients with assets abroad. Emily also advises on tax residence and other planning considerations for clients who are moving to, or leaving, the UK. Emily regularly works with trustees of offshore trust structures and advises on structures holding UK residential property.

Emily provides clear and pragmatic advice in a user-friendly format. She enjoys building a trusted relationship with clients to help them navigate often complex scenarios to achieve the best result for their individual circumstances.
