About

Emma advises on a broad range of contentious private wealth matters, including disputes concerning the validity and interpretation of wills, claims involving executors and trustees and disputes arising from the administration of estates and trusts.

Having trained at Stevens & Bolton, Emma completed seats in both Private Wealth Disputes and Tax & Trusts before qualifying into the Private Wealth Disputes team in September 2026. This gives her an understanding of the wider trust, estate and tax issues that can arise in contentious matters.

Emma is currently studying towards the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) qualification. Emma is also a member of the firm’s Fashion & Luxury group and has a particular interest in art.
