She manages the team’s knowhow and precedents and writes articles on hot topics of the day. Integral to the team, Emma supports Partners, Associates and Trainees with their workload and knowledge of the ever-changing legal framework in the technology and commercial space.
Emma joined Stevens & Bolton in 2024. She trained with a top city firm in London and Singapore, before joining a FTSE 100 company advising on commercial and technology matters. Emma advised companies on a broad range of commercial, marketing, technology and IP matters and supported international M&A transactions in these fields. Emma brings her breadth of experience in both private practice and in-house work to her current role.
