Gustaf Duhs

He manages a number of practice areas across the regulatory spectrum.  Work includes advising clients subject to government investigations (including under competition and consumer law), assisting with merger and foreign direct investment controls, advising on compliance initiatives and reviewing commercial arrangements, particularly in regulated sectors. He operates across the economy and has particular expertise in life sciences, telecommunications and international trade.

Prior to joining Stevens & Bolton from a national firm, Gustaf worked for a number of years at the UK competition and consumer regulator (now the CMA). This gives him insight into how regulators and governments work. Since joining Stevens & Bolton in 2010, Gustaf has shown himself to be an approachable and agile leader, who is confident, capable and smart.

Gustaf has built connections across the globe. He nurtures the firm’s relationships with its international network, including the Nordics, Switzerland and Japan. He is an active participant in a number of international legal associations including IBA, ABA and ECLA.
