Her practice covers the full range of employment law. Hannah has a particular flair for defending complex “high stakes” employment tribunal claims, including effectively deploying dispute-avoidance strategies to mitigate risk, reputational damage and cost. She is also experienced in the implementation of large scale HR projects including restructurings, redundancies and outsourcing/TUPE projects.
Hannah’s strengths include advising companies on sensitive HR/people issues, disputes and exits delivering commercial and practical support. Hannah also frequently advises senior executives, including negotiating managed exits by settlement agreement.
During her career, Hannah’s expertise was bolstered by a client secondment to an International Film, Media and Entertainment Group, where she acted as sole UK Employment Counsel. This bolstered her practical understanding of workplace issues faced by global clients.
Hannah frequently advises on cross-global HR projects and her international practice is strengthened by active memberships of the European Employment Lawyers Association and International Bar Association (Employment).
Hannah is ranked as a “Next Generation Partner” for Employment in Legal 500, and ranked as a partner in Chambers UK, where she is highlighted for her skills defending clients on Employment Tribunal claims and advising on senior exits.
