Jake is a pragmatic and commercially minded banking and finance lawyer.

He advises corporate borrowers, institutional lenders, sponsors and individuals on executing financing deals which support his clients’ commercial objectives. His experience spans domestic and cross-border transactions, including leveraged acquisition finance, real estate finance, refinancing, and funds finance.

Jake joined Stevens & Bolton in 2025 from a magic circle law firm, having worked in both London and Singapore. Clients value his clarity, responsiveness and ability to cut through complexity – helping them get deals done with precision and pace.
