James is a pragmatic and commercially minded litigator. His practice covers contractual disputes and related termination issues, post M&A claims and franchising disputes. He also has a particular focus on fraud and asset recovery work.

An approachable and responsive lawyer, James works collaboratively with clients to understand their commercial aims, identify solutions and help achieve their objectives. He delivers clear, straightforwardadvice.
