James is a proactive lawyer who always seeks to go above and beyond for his clients.

Since joining Stevens & Bolton in 2019 from a top 50 national firm, he has worked with landlords, investors, developers and corporate occupiers across a whole range of commercial real estate assets in order to maximise value and to achieve his client’s objectives. James’ practice particularly focuses on investor clients, as well as corporate occupier clients.

James has a passion for understanding his client’s aims and objectives and looking at the bigger picture to understand how each transaction fits in what with his clients are trying to achieve.
