Jenny is highly experienced in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate advisory, equity investments, and partnership projects.

She joined Stevens & Bolton in 2001 as a trainee and became a partner in 2013. Jenny advises a diverse range of clients, from SMEs and high-growth businesses to investors and large corporate groups, helping them overcome legal obstacles and accelerate progress.

Jenny’s approach is pragmatic and commercially focused, ensuring that her clients receive clear, actionable advice. She is known for her ability to build strong relationships and provide personal service, adding significant value to her clients’ businesses.
