joining, Jessica worked as a Company Secretary at an international company in South
Africa.

Jessica advises a range of clients on company incorporations, and provides dependable and tailored company secretarial support. Jessica strives to build trusted relationships with clients through a proactive and responsive approach.

Jessica is currently working towards her Governance Practitioner qualification, further strengthening her expertise in corporate governance and company secretarial support.
