About

Jonathan is a confident and capable adviser. Jonathan joined Stevens & Bolton in 2016 from a leading international law firm.

He works with a wide variety of clients including investors, corporate occupiers and developers on both one-off transactions and on deals involving larger portfolios. Jonathan also works with lenders and borrowers on real estate finance transactions. He has also developed an expertise in the telecommunications sector, adviser landowners and operators on this increasingly important area of property law.

Jonathan assists his clients to advance their interests by providing confident and easy-to-understand advice. He believes it is important to understand each client’s business and commercial needs as this will shape his approach to each transaction.
