Kate is Head of Corporate Tax. Kate is a highly experienced tax lawyer, specialising in corporate tax, exit tax planning for entrepreneurs, employee share schemes, and employment-related taxation. Her practice includes advising on M&A, private equity, reorganisations, and the design and implementation of share incentive arrangements.

She works with a wide variety of clients, from household names to start ups and is a popular choice as tax counsel for entrepreneurs and management teams. Kate provides advice on complex matters in a clear, understandable way and clients praise her pragmatic problem solving, helping to get deals done and projects delivered.

Since joining Stevens & Bolton in 2008, Kate has been dedicated to helping clients overcome legal obstacles and accelerate the progress of their businesses. Kate has been a partner since 2010 and the firm’s Strategy Partner since 2022.
