About

Kathryn delivers highly skilled technical support to the corporate team across matters ranging from M&A transactions to corporate reorganisations and corporate governance.

She manages the team’s know-how and precedents, devises and delivers training and updates the team on relevant changes to the law. Kathryn regularly gives “second opinions” on more complex areas of law for senior lawyers, and also assists more junior members of the team by giving guidance on market practice and the correct application of the law to deliver solutions for clients.

Kathryn joined Stevens & Bolton in 2004. She trained with a Magic Circle firm in London, and subsequently practised as an associate in two leading City firms for a number of years, transitioning into her first professional support lawyer role at a leading Magic Circle firm in 2001. Kathryn is a keen supporter of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and is a member of the social mobility group as part of Stevens & Bolton’s Diversity & Inclusion forum.

Our lawyers are well equipped to take complex legal issues and explain the implications clearly to clients – our knowledge functions are critical to achieving this, and ensuring our teams deliver excellent client service.
