About

Katie is an agile lawyer with a breadth of experience in private M&A, restructuring and equity investments.

Katie joined Stevens & Bolton in 2025 from an international law firm. She advises clients on both sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, advisory work, restructurings and equity investments. Katie has experience working across a variety of sectors, including early years education, fintech, IT, and fashion and luxury.

Katie adopts a collaborative and responsive approach to transactions to foster strong client relationships and reach pragmatic solutions.
