About

Keith is a trusted adviser to entrepreneurs, management teams and investors. He spends most of his time leading M&A transactions, advising on private equity and venture capital investments and providing corporate advice.

Clients value Keith’s wealth of transactional experience, acting for buyers, sellers and investors, particularly in the technology, life sciences and automotive sectors. He is pragmatic and commercial, understanding the priorities of all parties and working collaboratively to get the deal done.

Keith joined Stevens & Bolton in 1991 and became a partner in 1999. Alongside his corporate practice, he has enjoyed spells as head of the corporate group and is currently senior partner of the firm.

Keith is a member of the International Bar Association and much of his work includes a cross-border element.
