Kerry is a pragmatic and approachable lawyer who joined Stevens & Bolton in 2023 from another firm in the South East.

She advises clients in sectors such as industrial and logistics, investment properties, office spaces, and real estate finance. Kerry’s expertise includes acting for both landlords and tenants in commercial property lettings. She assists corporate occupiers and investors with acquisitions and disposals, and advises lenders and borrowers on real estate finance transactions. Kerry also supports corporate transactions with her real estate knowledge.
