Kimberley is Head of Construction and Engineering. She is a seasoned expert in resolving construction disputes, with over 20 years of experience. She excels at identifying key issues and guiding clients towards effective resolutions.

Her extensive track record includes representing parties in adjudication, arbitration, court proceedings in the Technology & Construction Court, and various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Kimberley also adeptly navigates contractual issues that arise during live projects to steer her clients to successful outcomes.

Kimberley began her career at a large national firm and later worked in the City before joining Stevens & Bolton in 2017. She represents all parties in the contractual chain, including large corporate occupiers, contractors, and construction professionals across various sectors. Her deep knowledge of industry-standard agreements like JCT and NEC, along with bespoke trade contracts, makes her a valuable asset.

A regular speaker at industry events, Kimberley is also the Surrey/Sussex Regional Coordinator for the Society of Construction Law.

  • Final Account Dispute: Achieving a successful adjudication for a main contractor in a final account dispute related to a central London office development.
  • Energy Savings Performance Agreement: Advising a build and maintenance contractor on payment entitlement under an energy savings performance agreement.
