Micky is a trusted Chartered Secretary known for ensuring regulatory excellence across UK companies and LLPs. Before joining Stevens & Bolton in 2023, Micky was a Company Secretary in an international law firm in Hong Kong.

Micky works with clients, directors and lawyers to provide corporate services such as post-completion work for corporate transactions, corporate governance, ongoing company secretarial requirements and incorporations. Micky also works with notaries, arranging for corporate documents to be notarised and apostilled.
