About

Mollie is a reliable, forward-thinking lawyer.

Since joining Stevens & Bolton in 2023 from an international law firm, she has worked with corporate landlords, tenants and developers advising on various matters such as trespass claims, rights of way and break options. Mollie has also acted for residential landlords on possession claims.

Mollie has a particular interest in assisting corporate landlords in relation to dilapidation disputes and has attended mediations on behalf of landlords, achieving early settlement on favourable terms. She also has expertise of court and tribunal proceedings, including an appearance in the Court of Appeal, and often assists developer clients with rights of light disputes.

Passionate about the ever-changing high street and the recent efforts put in place by the Government to reignite the high street, Mollie is also part of the Fashion & Luxury sector group at Stevens & Bolton, giving Mollie the opportunity to collaborate with peers from different legal specialisms to give well rounded advice to clients.
