Since joining Stevens & Bolton in 2017, having previously worked at a number of regional firms, she advises on sponsor licence applications, sponsor licence maintenance, Home Office audit compliance and permission to enter and permission to stay applications under the Skilled Worker and Senior or Specialist Worker routes, as well as a range of other business immigration routes. Her experience also includes supporting clients with applications for dependants applying at the same time as the main applicant under various immigration routes.
Nyasha also advises individuals on personal and family immigration applications, such as spouse or unmarried partner, ancestry, indefinite leave to remain, naturalisation/registration under British nationality law and long residence applications.
Nyasha is an active member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association and also provides immigration and sponsorship training to clients.
