She has built extensive experience in tax and trust matters since joining Stevens & Bolton in 2016 and advises on both lifetime and post-death matters. She prepares wills, trusts, powers of attorney and advance decisions, and regularly obtains Grants of Representation and administers estates.

Olivia understands that everyone’s circumstances are different and works to ensure her technical expertise goes hand in hand with a thoughtful approach. She puts clients at ease and establishes clear and responsive channels of communication, so that she understands clients’ aims and priorities and can provide the tailored advice required.

When it comes to estate administration, Olivia adapts her approach to the needs of each client. This regularly sees her taking the day-to-day administration off a client’s plate entirely and dealing with the whole process from start to finish, or stepping in as and when she is called upon to help a client navigate the complexities that can crop up at each distinct stage. Olivia focuses on maintaining momentum, without losing sight of the emotional challenges that often arise following the death of a loved one.
