Quintin advises clients on a wide range of commercial and technology matters including IT, commercial contracts, data protection, outsourcing, regulatory and franchising.

Quintin started his journey in business, before beginning his career in law. His business background and insights enable him to understand the commercial realities faced by his clients.

He has worked with all types of commercial clients, from start-ups to well-established international businesses, in a variety of sectors including technology, retail and insurance.

  • Drafting numerous SaaS and data licence agreements from scratch for start-up and established UK software companies.
  • Advising the perfume house Penhaligon’s on a wide range of issues including e-commerce & e-shop terms, a master services agreement and an ambassador agreement.
  • Advising a major fibre broadband provider on its vulnerability and accessibility policy.
  • Drafting franchise agreements to enable a British food retailer to open the shops and concessions of a household name, in the ready meal industry, in the Channel Islands
