Since joining Stevens & Bolton as a trainee in 2018, she has worked with entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses, UK FTSE companies and international organisations on M&A and private equity transactions, fundraisings, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work. Rebecca has experience working for clients in the renewable energy, technology, transport, maritime, beverages, insurance broking, travel and tourism sectors.
Proactive and thoughtful, Rebecca is adept at guiding clients through the challenges of corporate transactions. She enjoys providing commercially focussed legal advice, helping clients to achieve their strategic goals.
