About

Rosie is the Head of Private Client. Her practice spans wills and succession planning, tax advice and advice in relation to trusts.

Given her background in corporate tax at a City firm, she specialises in advising entrepreneurs and business-owners, often in relation to corporate exit planning and restructuring. Many of her clients have a cross-border element to their affairs.

Since joining Stevens & Bolton in 2012, Rosie has worked with individuals, companies and trustees (both onshore and offshore) to navigate the difficulties of the UK tax system and find solutions – helping her clients cut through the legal and tax complexities.

Rosie is a pragmatic lawyer with a skill for seeing the bigger picture and anticipating issues before they arise. She nurtures her relationships her clients and enjoys playing the privileged role of their trusted adviser.

As a director of our professional trust company, Rosie provides an independent voice to the running of trust structures and navigating contentious estate matters.
