Saad joined Stevens & Bolton in 2023 after working in the commercial team at a global insurance brokerage firm.

Saad helps clients navigate complex legal landscapes to achieve their business goals. His experience spans both in-house and private practice, allowing him to confidently approach work with a commercial understanding while ensuring legal precision.

Saad acts for clients on a wide range of commercial, outsourcing, and technology-related contracts, providing specialist commercial law, technology, and data protection advice. He has a particular focus on insurance advisory work and works closely with clients operating within the insurance sector, including intermediaries, insurers and service providers. Saad has a strong track record of negotiating with brokers, insurers, and suppliers. He also advises clients in other sectors, including technology, sports, and franchising.

Saad has spent time on secondment to a large UK insurer.
