About

Sarah is an approachable and pragmatic lawyer. She has extensive experience in a variety of real estate transactions including leasing offices, retail spaces and industrial units as well as working with clients to buy, sell and finance properties. She also provides corporate support on M&A deals, including acting for a repeat acquirer of nurseries.

Since joining Stevens & Bolton in 2002, Sarah has worked with a variety of clients, including investors, developers and corporate occupiers. She also works closely with our finance team to support them from a real estate perspective, acting for both borrowers and lenders. More recently, she has developed an expertise in healthcare, working with both primary and community health care providers to help navigate their property needs.

Understanding the need to balance legal considerations with the reality of commercial demands on a business, she excels at building long-lasting relationships with clients, providing them with clear and strategic advice.

    • Supporting Bright Stars Nursery Group on its continued expansion within the nursery sector in England & Wales;
    • Acting for HCRG Care Group in its acquisition of over 30 leasehold sites for its continued provision of 0-19 care services across Essex;
    • Advising a high street bank on a refinance of rolling credit facilities worth £26m. the property portfolio consisted of 14 retail properties based in London;
    • Working with a leading South East Mercedes-Benz retailer on its £12.9m acquisition of a freehold car showroom premises;
    • Advising a logistics service provider on its acquisition of leasehold warehousing in order for it to facilitate services to a major UK food retailer.
